Recipe testing policy
Four independent review gates
Each recipe record holds separate test-cook, food-safety, Korean-language, and editorial review gates. A status label alone is not enough: the published record must include named reviewers, roles, dates, evidence references, and a food-safety credential where that review requires one.
What testing can support
Review evidence can support only the specific preparation, timing, yield, handling, and sensory statements it documents. It does not create medical, nutrition, product-ranking, availability, or universal safety claims.
Publication boundary
Draft recipes remain outside public sitemaps, indexable category lists, homepage features, and Recipe structured data. A complete draft is still a draft until all gates are published with real evidence.
